Looks more like psoriasis to me, than eczema! But it could be either…
I’ve had eczema since I was a baby, always had it on both hands, and the creases of my arms and back of my knees! Symmetrical places that get most warm and used!
E45 or sudocrem can help settle it!
Yes my son has it in the exact same place, plenty of avenno and oat baths will do the trick, it’s what the doctor told me. Apply aveeno 3 times a day x
It kinda looks like ringworm but I'm no doctor
Wild guess - looks like a fungal infection because of the shape
It doesn’t look like eczema to me, may be get docs advice
