Anybody else's tattoos really itchy and raised? Mine are so painful and bleeding

They can get like that in the heat. I don't know where they are or how many you have, but if you can keep them out the sun as much as possible and lots of SPF. Hopefully the weather is cooling down now and they should improve 🤞 I'm covered in them and I have a few every summer become raised and itchy xx
