What are these?

My girl woke up with a slight cough runny nose and low grade fever. She’s acting her usual self. I just noticed these popped up today..could they have come up because she’s sick?

Is it spreading to her limbs and face? If so it might be roseola 😬

My daughter had it and it spread to other kids before the red dots like rash can fade, it's only last 5-7 days tho with high grade fever and red dot looking rash
