Poorly baby
I’ve had a horrid cold which has now been passed onto the little one. He’s mainly struggling with breathing through his nose and has a slight cough. Currently no temperature which I’m hoping stays away! Any advice/ tips on how to survive the next few days? Him not being able to breath through his nose properly will probably have me awake 24/7 🙄

Hii! I used to make the bathroom very steamy, keep baby in the sta for about 5 7 min and then wrap her up really well when taking her out.
Also, in Asda they do a vapour menthol thing for baby to put in their bath, or just a fewdrops of olbas oil in their bath to help them open up a bit x
Oh fab thank you! Feeling very helpless having not seen him like this before and the guilt knowing I gave him the cold 😩
Calpol saline nasal spray worked well for mine
