What is this
This rash has just appeared on my daughters back 3 or so days ago at first I thought it might of been a new food I’ve gave her but I’ve took a break from trying new foods and it’s just got bigger

Looks like heat rash to me
I agree with Joanne. My son is very sensitive to heat and often has a rash like this. Dress her down a little/cool down your home and see if it improves.
she’s literally just been in her nappy the past 3 days with it being so hot nuts it’s not improved what so ever how long did your sons rash last?? Xx
