Bath after stitches

I’m 4 weeks pp tomorrow and I really want to have a bath. I had an episiotomy and a tear and had dissolvable stitches. Everything feels fine and no more pain etc for at least the last week and a half. Do you think I’d be okay to have a bath now?

I had a bath pretty much straight away after. Yes you’ll be more than fine. I used lavender, tea tree and frankincense oils in my bath too as they were recommended for the healing process.
