Baby crying
Baby is 8 weeks old and he just seems to cry all the time. He will have maybe 30 minutes where he is happy and then he will cry until he’s picked up and even then he will sometimes cry until you walk around.
I don’t know what I did wrong but I know everyone’s judging me and I don’t know what to do to stop it.
I love holding him and having cuddles but sometimes it’s even impossible to get something to eat 😔

My babys the same! If you havent already get a sling or a carrier.. i put my baby in that wait for her to fall asleep then get her out and put her in her crib she will stay asleep then. Think its just a stage 😔 xxx
have a sling haven’t been able to use it these past few days because of the heat though 😂😭. Hoping they grow out of it, sick of hearing how everyone else had “good, calm, content babies” xxx
I'm the same though she is getting slightly more moments of being content now. I'd say 30mins of being able to put her down is good. My LO can only be awake an hour before getting upset and therefore another nap. Could this be it? X
I don’t think what you’ve described is abnormal. Most babies of this age want to be held the majority of the time. My daughter has 10-20 minute periods where she’s happy on the bouncer or play mat or looking at her sensory cards etc, but other than that she wants to be held, walked around or given some sort of adult interaction (if she’s not sleeping or eating).
Hey, have you looked in to reflux? My little boy constantly cried for 4 weeks, and he only calmed when we were standing up with him. We had to get him to sleep laying on is whilst we stood up, doctors said because that position calms it
I started to use dentinox and since then, he's happy with the odd cry here and there x
It sounds like he might have Colic? I genuinely don’t think anyone will be judging you and most of the time there is nothing you could do differently to stop the crying as a lot of babies cry all the time for no particular reason! The crying is hard to listen to when it’s constant and don’t blame yourself, you’re obviously an amazing mother for worrying and trying to help him!
Speak to your health visitor or gp, they are there to help and will never judge you!
