Any suggestions Long road trip with infant
Has anyone traveled with a 6 month old on a long road trip? I am nervous wanna visit home in CT for thanksgiving but it’s a 29 hour ride. Any suggestions?

Hi! I've made two trips cross county( 2300 miles) with both of my kids at varying ages. The last trip my youngest was 6 months. My best advice is stop every few hours to stretch your legs and so the little can stretch as well. Don't stress yourself out with timelines or strict itinerary, kids are unpredictable with meltdowns and potty breaks lol. You got this momma!
Make sure there is a seat next to the baby and plan a massage for when you get there because nursing in the car seat hurts! Lol

I’ve not gone as far as 29 hours… I suggest a couple hotel stops along the way. But my son was great on our trip to Florida when he was a few months old. That was 18 hours. (: I hope all goes well!
