Hi! I posted about my tummy bulging where baby’s head is a couple of weeks ago and she’s been in that sideways position ever since! Now I’m worrying about trying to get her head down and in the right position. Anyone else experienced something similar or have any tips? I’ve had a look at spinning babies and have bought a pregnancy ball. The spinning babies exercises seem very time consuming and I’m still working full time. I might have to consider taking some time off work though.

Don't worry about it atm. My first baby was head down for 3 months before birth then the day before I was due to be induced she decided to turn around. They will get in position when they are ready.

I haven't had position confirmed by midwife but do suspect baby is transverse from where I can feel them and lack of pressure low down! Going to wait and see what midwife says next week before doing too much different...also bit torn as to change baby position they recommend having feet down but to stop swelling recommendation is for feet to be raised!! (Not sure which to prioritise!)

Try going to a Bowen Therapist. They're midwife recommend to help as they can turn the baby
