My ex partner left me about a week and a half ago and ever since his messages are getting more and more demanding.
At first I was happy for him to visit whenever he wanted but the visits before last was just him arguing with me and then this last visit he has tried to walk out of my house with her.
Over the past few days he has been messaging me scenarios that haven’t happened trying to create a false narrative over them to create a case against me (I assume) and generally making me out to be a bad mum.
He said that on his last visit he mentioned that he noticed our little girl had lost weight and was concerned and recommended we got to the doctor, which didn’t happen at all.
Then this morning I woke up to the police at my door to do a welfare check on my little one.
I am so so angry at this because our little one is the happiest, healthiest baby you’d ever see and I just feel like he’s doing all of this to get back at me for telling him the relationship is really over this time and I won’t let him back to live in the house.
I’m speaking with a solicitor to create a parenting plan to set into place but it doesn’t stop me feeling too uncomfortable to have him in my house again.
Has anyone else had to deal with a situation like this? How did you get to a solution?

Don’t have him in your house again. Meet him in public places so that he can spend time with your daughter. Your solicitor should also be able to advise. Good luck!
