my son hated tummy time. i mean hated it. 30 seconds is better then nothing. but you can also try rolling up a blanket and put it under his/her chest /arm pits to help lift him/her off the ground so his/her face is planted into the ground. also try tucking and holding elbow to they are underneath him/her.

My nephew hated tummy time, I literally don’t know anyone’s child that enjoyed it as a baby. I heard laying down on your stomach in front of them helps though, or maybe something that smells like you like a tshirt

My baby hated it but I just did what she would tolerate each day and slowly she did it for longer stints as time went on. 30 seconds even for now is totally fine x

She is rolling to both sides from her bak. Yea she does it on my side and does have good neck control. She is 5 months. Tried toys, lying beside her and pillow underneath her chest. She has good neck control. X just worried should she be rolling from front to bak

maybe try laying on your back and allowing him to have tummy time on top of your belly/chest? then move back to the bed/floor once he’s comfortable with that

my son was like this i started propping him up for a bit like leaning on something which got him strong. then he was fine with it after like 2 weeks if that and now he rolls

My little girl hated it using her boppy pillow or a rolled up blanket

Any time where baby is on tummy counts, including being held or laying on parents. I didn't do floor tummy time because mine where in a carrier alot, no reason to upset baby when alternatives are available

Mine hated tummy time! Started rolling at around 7 months on his own

My LB really hated it too
We were advised to do in in very short bursts, we did it for 10 seconds at a time and gradually moved upto 20 seconds but he still hated it no matter what surfaces or distractions we did. It didn’t slow his rolling though. Started at 4 months and then he was just constantly on his belly 😂

We have a friend that is a physical therapist for babies/children and she showed us tummy time on a yoga ball!! Since then, our baby has been way more happy about tummy time.

Our baby hated it at first so we eased her into it with tummy time on us then her Boppy then her pack n play then eventually her mat on the floor. We also kept changing what we gave her to look at so for some it was high-contrast cards or toys, moving toys like the GUND dolls or the crab that moves sideways, books, rattles, us singing songs, different corners of her Lovevery mat because there's a rainbow area, a sensory area with different fabrics, a crinkly area, etc., other mats, etc.
