I was but now my hubby is working away again I've had to stop going to group and there isn't one that's easy to get to . I've lost 3st so far

i use the slimming world online , using the app! I have never been to a group before x

3st is amazing well done!!

thank you I got married 3 week ago so that was my main reason for loosing the weight
