FTM and my 9 month old has been getting very angry looking pimples. He’s been getting them frequently for over a month now and I don’t know what the cause is or how to go about treating them. I’ve tried changing laundry soap, changing his crib sheet more frequently, Tubby Todd ointment, Aquaphor ointment, warm washcloth before bed and nothing seems to work. They appear over night and then disappear the next night. And they bounce back and forth on which cheek they want to appear on but rarely both cheeks at the same time. At his 9 month checkup the pediatrician didn’t seem concerned about it, but he also didn’t have any large pimples at the time (of course) but I did show her this picture. Has anyone had this problem too? I know baby acne is common in their first few weeks of life but everything I’ve read says he should have clear skin now. Also want to add I’m not sure if it has anything to do with his diet because he gets all sorts of food and not the same thing every day and the acne has been almost constant.
