Sneezing and peeing
Like tell me y’all are experiencing the same. I’ll legit go to the bathroom and then I sneeze and I pee myself. I thought that happened after you have kids. Is this really normal?! lol

I asked my OB; she said it’s normal. Just pressure from the baby.
This started for me at 17 weeks 😅 I started pelvic floor therapy and it’s been a game changer. 26 weeks and haven’t had an accident in weeks 😂
For me it's coughing. God forbid my allergies act up and yep there we go, it's extremely annoying!
