How many hours are you working?

I started a few weeks ago and am doing 18 hrs a week over 2 days. I WFH and will be till the end of the year so doesn't feel that much different 🙈

I’ll be doing 24hrs a week, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I’ve not gone back yet but baby started nursery last week to get use to it before I’m back in a few weeks, I already feel like I don’t have enough time with her anymore 😞 x

I’m doing a phased return in my second week back. I’m doing mon, tues and weds until November and then moving to a 4 day week. My daughter loves it so far and touch wood only cried once when I left.
I am enjoying being back, having some adult conversation and not being mum for a little while but I miss her soooooooo much. Like I am clock watching all day to go and get her. I feel like I want more time with her but we make the most of the time we do have together so it just feels more precious

I’ve gone back 3 days (teacher) Monday - Wednesday….my LG loved her first week at nursery. Picked up a bug though so hasn’t been this week as she’s been unwell x

yea my daughter is full of cold today so hopefully she’s well enough to go next week. Only downside to nursery is building up that immune system haha

I was fully expecting her to get ill…..just thought we’d get more than a week 😂 X

I’m going back in just under 2 weeks and will be doing 35 hours per week, compressed into 4 days.

I'm back full time - teacher - and it's okay but some days i really hate it! I get back about 4pm and LB goes to bed at 7 so after a bit of cuddling and playing, it's time for tea, bath and bed so I feel like I barely get any fun time some days 😭 it does make the weekends and after school time more special, but then Monday mornings are hard again!

I'll be going back 32 hours over 4 days. Would like it to be less but cant make that work.

I do 16 hours over 2 days. I personally wouldn’t do anymore. If I had the choice I’d be a stay at home mum until I’d finished having children now, but with our mortgage sky rocketing I had to go back x

yea that’s pretty quick. My daughter got a full blown cold from her first settling session 🤣 bloody nightmare! But I just think in the long run it’s good!

Definitely good in the long run. I’m just hoping we get a bit of respite now before the next illness 😬🤞🏼 xx

18 hours over 3 days. I was going to do another day but then it all went on tax and NI so no point🤷🏻‍♀️

Full time teacher. Usually from 7-4.30/5 daily. I see my LO from picking her up until around 8. I'd love to see her more :( X
