Cold/Flu

I used soooo much gas and air. I had the forethought to pack throat lozenges and I still had a sore throat for a few days. If you have a fever or other symptoms of a cold I’d definitely call your dr. Or maternity triage.

If just the sore throat, it's likely gas & air. Keep an eye on symptoms but lots of water and paracetamol.

Bit of a snotty nose and I ache but I have just had. a baby xx

Don’t feel ooorly with it just the cough is driving me insane x
