Newborn classes
Any recommendations on taking a newborn home classes for my husband and I to go to in the Denver Arvada area?! we barely know how to change a diaper lol.

Hello!! Usually they offer them at the hospital you plan on delivering at. I did mine through Denver Health and you sign up online but I’m sure most hospitals offer them!!
I’m going to the Birth Center of Boulder and they don’t offer one! 🥲
Checkout themamahood.com they offer all sorts of classes for before and after birth :)
