Throw the couch away and beat your cat when they spray

It could be a behavioural thing like anxiety or stress, in heat. When did your cat start doing it? Does she have a litter tray or is she freely able to go outside? A cat trainer or your vet would probably be able to help. You could try have a look for something you could spray on your sofa like a deterrent. You know like you can get sprays to stop you biting your nails, something like that.

Once they smell their pee they don’t stop, it happen to my mom if you don’t get them fixed, she had to throw her couch away

the first time she pee was on our bed when she started gettin in heat ,she’s spay now ,we have a new bed ,she’s only indoor cat ,we dnt have enough money for a vet

she got spayed like a year ago

I’ve got 2 indoor cats myself. When they’re litter box needs changing or I even had my male cat not like a particular litter I bought. They always choose to wee under my child’s buggy. Maybe she doesn’t like the litter box. From looking on Google it says to clean the couch with enzymatic cleaner and then put some dry food on the couch so she’ll see it as a place to eat and not wee. Putting the food there is temporary just until she knows not to wee there

No worries. I know it is hard, I debated giving up my cats after my 3rd baby. It’s a lot to take care of but I felt awful even thinking about it

You get these sprays which remove the smell of wee so the cat cant smell it, our normal cleaning products dont work for them and they usually dont wee in that spot again
