Baby conjunctivitis

Breast milk cleared my little ones eyes pretty much over night. If not cool boiled water xx

Vouch for the breastmilk too! I also had some colostrum still in the freezer, as Jessica said, worked over night!

Doctors gave me antibiotic eyedrops for my LB and cleaned with cool boiled water, one wipe throw away and do again x

I was told my little one had it turns out it was an under developed tear duct main difference was no soreness to the eye just a lot of gunk. Finally cleared week 9 x
I cleaned it with cooled boiled water and breastmilk. One wipe inside to out with clean cotton wool

Breast milk if not doctors can prescribe eye drops x

I feel like my baby has this but being fobbed off by the gp. Her eyes are so funky and go from one eye to the other. We’ve had three lots of antibiotic drops and ointments nothing is working. She’s 6 weeks old 😩😩

You're entitled to ask for someone else to see her x I have a gp I request to see when I can as the rest seem to fob me off.

If it is an under developed tear duct, it could take a year to grow out of. So worth following treatments if Dr.s prescribe them x

Keeping it clean is the best thing for it anyway x here's hoping it clears soon

When i was back home i was given drops but got told to try a camomile tea bag and boy did it work! Get a tea bag put it in a mug add a little amount of boiling water and let it cool down. Use the tea bag as you would a cotton pad and clean the eye. Make sure not to squeeze the water off completely but also not leave it super wet. His cleared up after doing it twice. X
