That looks like mild baby eczema. I’d recommend keeping the skin moisturized with a nonscented lotion. Don’t pick at it

Olive oil and coconut oil works for everything! I use it and have been since babe was born, just find an organic/ pure one. A little goes a long way too so you don’t really spend too much!
