Hi ladies, do you know if there are any free antenatal classes offered or do we need to just research ourselves and pay for classes? If so can anyone recommend any? We live in farnham and giving birth in frimley Park hospital
Keen to do some classes especially for my boyfriend xx

Your midwife should recommend them, there are nhs antenatal groups , you need to sign up sooner rather than later xx

@Liz do u know what appt she might mention them? I'm 20 weeks now. Not seeing her again til end of October 🙁

Not sure about free ones but we did Bump and Baby club in Farnham, means you get to know other local parents to be too!

@Linda yes I googled this one looked really good because they do hypnobirthing and baby first aid, don't they?
Is it worth the money?xx

yeah, the hypnobirthing is an online course but the rest is in person and very good! I found it really helpful as a new mum to know others locally going through things at the same time and whom you can meet with for lunch etc.

@Linda thank you I'll try and book on for a course. Hope they have some availability!!!

Yeah you may be a bit late unfortunately, we booked at 12 weeks cause there aren't that many spots, but fingers crossed.

Hiya. There are Happy Parents Happy Baby classes in Farnham (Lost boy pub) they are £200 and include first aid, hypnobirthing etc
We are signed up to the October classes :)
