When did your toddler stop being in a stroller?

I have an almost 3.5 year old and she still loves being in a stroller when we go out. She doesn’t like to walk far and rather be carried but she’s too heavy now to be carried for a long time so she still needs a stroller. I feel that she is getting too old for it but sometimes I see kids much older/bigger than her in a stroller.

Honestly, I pick my 4 year old up in a stroller. He is exhausted at the end of school. We use it based on the situation. He would much rather be on his bike or scooter, but if I know there is a lot of walking or it's been a long day, I don't care. Do what works for you guys! Perhaps consider a bike or a scooter and when she is tired you can put it at the bottom of the stroller? It's honestly not a fight I'm willing to deal with.
