Court abandonment

Hi mommy’s I’ve been dealing with this court situation, my kids are 2 and 6, me and their dad split in 2020 he’s always been inconsistent, neglectful, irresponsible and abusive…..so in May i was granted a restraining order which he was very very mad about, he was supposed to have visitations every Monday and Thursday at a supervised center…..he would come late, cancel last minute, etc. he did not show up to the August 10th court date an hasn’t seen the kids since July 17th. I reach out to the center periodically to see has he reached out to set up his visits, the lady always says he hasn’t. He harasses me on Talking parent but tries to pretend it’s about visitation but the whole time he doesn’t even reach out to the center to actually schedule a visit……it’s been 2 months but in California does anyone know the child abandonment statute and do i have grounds to get his rights terminated?
