How to enjoy pregnancy

Hey everyone!
I’m just 6 weeks and just so bloody anxious all the time! Me and my partner are feeling excited and baby is so so so loved already. But I’m finding it hard to enjoy this time as I’m feeling sick with worry. I know we all feel the same but anyone got any tips?

Look for ways to really reduce what you’re worrying about, if it’s about miscarriage, look at the probability rates - which isn’t as high as you think, if it’s about transition to parenthood find the right books to read and have deep chats with your partner about what kind of parents you want to be / where your fears are coming from / find the gaps that you need to fill with knowledge to feel comfortable. I also do meditations and visualisations to connect with baby and to calm anxieties I might have. The more knowledge you have the better x

So understand this! I'm 5 wks in, really excited, but also scared! There are so many things to be anxious about, baby's health, baby's wellbeing etc. Love the post above, it definitely helps to focus on positives instead 🥰

Also, trust your body mumma! We have been doing this for thousands of years and most of these without modern medicine interventions. We have everything we need and we can absolutely do this, we are women and we have divine feminine, nurturing, mothering energy and the thousands of those that came before us. Trust in yourself and trust in your body 💖
