Antenatal depression

Hi everyone

I'm starting to get more and more concerned that my pregnancy symptoms are borderline depression.

- I feel low, sad and tearful almost everyday
-I have mo energy for anything, its a struggle to even walk my dog
-I work from home and have been barely managing to work 3 hours without needing to lie down.
- I'm always depleted
-feeling sick all the time means my diet has turned to crap
-I'm turned off by everything. My partner, my dog, my job.. I'm even resentful to this baby for making me feel so shit all the time.

I have read up about how to manage it and basically I'm supposed to talk about it, do more exercise and eat better.. please explain how I'm supposed to exercise or eat well when I feel nausea and bloated all.the.time.

My partner keeps telling me to be positive snd that just makes me so angry!! As if I am choosing to feel this way!!! I honestly don't know what to do.. I can't go on like this...

If eating and exercise is difficult then I’d suggest medication to help balance yourself out. I was horribly depressed during the first 6 months of pregnancy and barely left my bed. And yeah that’s toxic positivity, it pisses me off too!
