How far along are you? I was having these about a month ago and it turns out I was anemic. I’d make sure you don’t have a low hemoglobin :)

Happens to me as well. My dr said it’s normal and not to panic as that will make it worse.

I get heart palpitations a lot during pregnancy. I just take slow deep breaths and try not to let them scare the sh*t out of me😅🫶🏼

I’d ask your OB to test your hemoglobin to make sure it isn’t low. :)

I have these all the time during my pregnancy I’m 30 weeks tomorrow and my old OB said I need therapist to talk my problems out because she said it was caused by anxiety when I almost passed out a couple times form heart palpitation which I switch OB because she never answered my calls when I had a few complications during my pregnancy and these heart palpitations happen when I’m sitting at home but sometimes it happens when I’m driving to I get these so your not alone on this if you ever need someone to talk to hmu

I also get this. My doctor said if it resolves on its own then it’s okay. She said it can be helped by staying super hydrated. If it keeps happening, you should get a referral for a cardiologist just to make sure all is good. But it’s very normal to have

Are you laying on your left side? Try that and drink more water. I had heart palpitations in the first trimester, started drinking more water and it subsided. Also had EKGs, echocardiogram and holter monitor just to be sure and I'm normal. Those are costly, but your doctor might recommend that to be sure it's not underlying heart issues.
