Water intake

2x 6oz water bottles in the day and 2x formula bottles

It entirely depends but roughly around 12oz when she’s with me. She seems to drink around 18oz when she’s at the childminders

We uae straw cups, I'd either go straw or open cup as they're skills they'll have for later in life then ans avoid any hard spouts. They say 8oz ideally but a little more is OK. A friend's has like 16oz and they'd said as long as he doesn't show signs of becoming poorly it's OK xx

But I'd always check with a provider to be safe xx

We use a nonspill cup, mainly because she likes to throw it on the floor (shes a monkey), so it doesn't smash or spill when she does. We use bottles for her formula though as she has these on waking in the morning and then one before bed

Straw cup we use. It’s the tum tum cup without a valve. It’s really good. She was a nightmare taking water prior to this
