Infantile Eczema
My doctor told me my baby girl has eczema today and to avoid soap which is a task especially since we are doing BLW. Does anyone have an products they recommend or any tips ( we only use cruelty free)

I have bad eczema as my little girl has it too but i only use water wipes during day with no frangrance, oilatum for the bath and no bio soap powder. A lot of baby lotions have fragrance in them too so avoid them and put cotton clothes on where possible as its more breathable than other fabrics x
Use soap nuts (natural!), white vinegar and essential oils for washing. Rosehip oil is great for skin
We use Q-V skincare soap for our LO who has had eczema since birth. We also use a moisture ointment which stays on better than cream/lotion etc.
This combo is the upteenth thing we've tried from doctors and skin specialists, and so far, seems to be working
Use an emollient for washing. My 18 month old is on steroid cream for her eczema so as you can imagine, we've tried everything 🤦🏻♀️
