So many!! You know this is going to cause some serious guideline adjustments going forward..
They have made changes to how you tackle and it makes me wonder if those changes might be contributing a bit to the excessive injuries.. 🤔
Protecting the head and neck is leading to more leg focused tackles which is clearly increasing lower body injuries.
a lot of people are questioning grass vs turf and the shoe wear as well. a lot of these injuries can be prevented.
That too my husband was explaining the tuff vs grass issues too. I never knew!! It's crazy but it makes sense it's plastic! 🤦🏾🤦🏾
