Hi moms, I was cooking and my son was playing in his room suddenly he screams and begun to scratch his eye he doesn’t stop crying so I took him to his pediatrician he said nothing to worry and no injury but when we back home he still can’t open it and can’t watch tv and the light bother him 😭 I dunno what to do I’m scared

How old is he? Maybe fiberglass from a mattress? I’ve heard some mattresses are made w fiberglass and can cause small particles in the air. I don’t know for sure just something that came to mind.
If he doesn't stop, I'd take him to the ER or children's hospital if you have one nearby.
It sounds like he scratched his eyeball. Scratches to the eye are hard to see- especially for a kid who is moving around. Yes go to the ER, children’s hospital, or ophthalmologist that sees children.
Take him to the ER. Get a second opinion. Did you rinse his eye well with water?
