Best ways to up my supply?

I know I definitely am not eating or drinking enough. It’s just been hard with a newborn.

Eating and drinking are definitely the most important! You can pump after each feed as well to up your supply! You can just do it for a couple days and your body should start to make more

Lactation boosting foods helped me out a lot! I eat a lot of chicken, greens, smoothies with spinach are a quick go to. I also eat a lot of guac and chips since I’m not a plain avocado fan which has good fats and can also help milk production. Plus I’m obsessed with these lactation cookies i make since it’s the only way I’ll eat oatmeal. There are some herbal supplements you can always try as well. But hydration of all is key! Water at all times.
