Baby Acne or Allergy?
Hi! My son was born almost 4 weeks ago and developed this skin issue around 2.5 weeks. I originally thought it was just infant acne, but now I’m feeling nervous that it’s an allergy. He’s my second child and my first never had any skin issues as an infant so this is all new to me. He’s mostly on formula, but does nurse a couple times during the day and in the middle of the night. He doesn’t spit up or seem to have reflux. Anyone have anything similar with their babies? I am thinking I will call up the pediatrician tomorrow.

I would still contact your pediatrician just to make sure but to me it seems like it’s baby acne/eczema. With my first she developed it around her first month and I was worried as well. I used era organics superbalm for her skin and I swear by it. I plan on using it for my son as well in case he develops it too. I tried multiple products and nothing worked but this products. Allergy looks like my sons rash when I discovered his cows milk allergy
My son had this at two weeks but it faded after a couple of days. You might as well get it checked for piece of mind though x
