Just wondering if anybody else has a baby that's having a hard time sitting up?

My daughter does have some kind of kink in her neck that I brought up to her pediatrician at her four month check up and it was verified by my chiropractor but she only had one adjustment that seemed to help alot for a few weeks but now she's been tilting her head to one side again or over reaching and kinda Hutchins her back but she tries hard to sit up and she has small little moments if she is concentrated on what someone is doing she can hold herself up okay but if she isn't focused on something she leans and won't keep her back up and straight. I'm hoping to get more adjustments done on her but I'm just wondering if anyone else has problems with their baby? My daughter was born via c-section February 28th. Also noticed when I weighed her after myself and did the difference she is only 13.4 pounds I feel that's small but she looks healthy and eats normal she was born 7 pounds and I believe 6 ounces lost down to 6 pounds 12 ounces was up to 6 pounds 14 ounces for her two week visit. She was 10 pounds for her 2 month and I forget what she was for her four month's. Idk how to get her to eat solids I've tried so many times and she spits out everything or gags I've added rice cereal to her bottle since she was 4 months to help with that so idk what else to do about her weight...

My pediatrician said babies start to sit up on their own around 9 months. My baby can sit up but with assistance such as a chair or with me. Does she sit up with help? Also babies eat solids at their own pace. My first child started later than others and she eats great now as a toddler. It sounds like You're doing a great job!

My almost 7 month old can only sit with assistance and no crawling yet. Also, most of the solids end up on the floor, lol. gaging the food is normal as they are learning how to eat and textures. Has your pediatrician said something about her weight? Is good to remember that all babies are different and fulfill their milestones at their own pace. Breastmilk or formula is still their primary and most important food, so if she is doing okay with that one, just keep trying little by little with the solids. Most importantly, I think you are doing great!!

Definitely sounds like tortícolis to me, if ask your ped for a referral to physical therapy. But the weight thing and everything else sounds completely normal! Normal is a spectrum, you’re doing great!
