Did anyone get pregnant while on the implant?

I don't mean you had it in for a month and then found out you were pregnant or were in your last couple months when the hormone hadn't settled/had started to run out.

But has anyone gotten pregnant somewhere in the middle, maybe when they'd had it in for 6 months-2 years kinda period.
