Does anyone know what this is?

This came up o my sons cheek about a week ago, it looks like it gets worse at certain of the day? Do I need to ring the doctors? Does anyone know what it could be? It’s just on one cheek?

Looks like teething rash/excema

Yeah I’d agree my little one has it and looks the same. If you run your hand over it does it feel quite rough / look dry? We’ve got a hydrocortisone cream that’s got antibiotic in it and that seems to be working for us

Yeah it’s quite dry and rough? Oh really, I will ring the doctors Monday and have them look and hopefully prescribe something! Did they say what it was?
