3 month old with a cold and going out

My lo has a cold but no temperature currently. We are ment to be going out for a meal for my brothers 16th and I'm really on the fence about going. She's alright in herself and I've been giving her calpol and nasal spray, she's been smiling and babbling. Would it be ok to go?
