Anyone know what this rash could be?

Looks like a wet top rubbing on the chin!

My little boy has this, doctor prescribed us some cream to help, it helps but then as soon as I stop using it comes back

what is it? X

they didn't say really, they said it's down to him teething and being wet all the time, they gave him cream as it was really bad and they didn't want it to turn infected, it has now gone from his neck but its now on his chin.

I try to keep him dry as much as I can but we are going through so many Bibs at minute x
