By this point in my pregnancy I very much knew I was pregnant, obviously a week late on my period, but also very sore boobs, cramping, very hungry and tired. With my miscarriage other than tiredness I had no symptoms .. however alot of people have no symptoms until more like 6 weeks. I had my BFP at about 12dpo xx
