3w old not popping

my newborn hasn’t had a poopy diaper but plenty of wet ones, now on day three.. any advice or should i just go to the dr? she is exclusively breast fed, no formula.

I was told BF baby can go a month without pooping. Mine would go up to 11 days. We saw specialists and that's what we were told. We would do 2 oz undiluted prune juice a day.
