eczema
how do you know if it’s eczema ?
my babygirl has all these little bumps on tummy , legs and arms .. also i noticed some rough / kinda dry areas on her face (chin and right side cheek)

Eczema doesn’t usually present as bumps so maybe it’s just baby acne? My baby also has some dry spots on her face but I was told it’s cradle cap. I have eczema so I’m not totally convinced it isn’t eczema on her face:/ do you have a picture?
i tried taking a picture but it’s doesn’t do justice .. you can’t really tell on picture
If you’re breastfeeding I would give her a milk bath, it would help all the issues I think it might be. Or just make sure you’re bathing her in unscented, sensitive skin soap and you can do some unscented lotion also. If it is eczema, don’t bathe her more than like 2 times a week until she gets a good bit older:)
