Can anyone help with telling me what to pack in hospital bag for baby? What size clothes and stuff? Does the hospital provide nappies and stuff or do I need to bring them?

Clothes I took newborn but my baby ended up being under 7lb unexpectedly so family sent in tiny baby clothes. A couple of hats , cardigan or something for travel home. Hospital do have nappies but we took our own /own wipes. Bottles/formula if you’re bottle feeding. Baby blanket , vests x

Bring everything, hospital can provide but I think that's more for people who couldn't bring anything for any reason rather than they provide for everyone...if that makes sense?
I'd recommend putting a few different sizes just so you're covered for any sized baby. Perineal bottle helped me so much, period underwear or big pads are a must!
Nursing nighties are brilliant whether you're feeding or not for skin to skin. Snacks are great to bring, especially some for midwife staff😊 There's probs loads more I'm forgetting, but those are ones I remembered straight away!😊

Clothes wise I took newborn and up to one month (baby was 7lbs9oz born). Newborn vest from Tesco I found the best size for my baby as other brands were massive in comparison. Take your own nappies, size 1. I was planning to breastfeed but I still took some ready to drink kendamil bottles just incase baby didn’t take to boob.
I had a natural birth and bought loads of things like sprits for bits, cooling pads, witch hazel etc and I didn’t use any so don’t waste you money or just buy the one 🙈 xx
