Feel cold and boob hurts pls help
I feel cold and my boob really really hurts.
It’s not red, there’s no lumps. If anything there’s a spot on my boob that feels cold to touch.
What could this be?

If you have shivers or hot sweats could be a sign of mastitis that’s what I had but curable every time without meds if you catch it quick enough. Plenty of rest, fluid and I used the Hakka and salt water trick to ease xxxxx
did you have any other signs besides shivers?
and what meds were you prescribed?
All flu like symptoms, was awful. I had paracetamol only
oh that’s so good to know! So the shivers could come but you can cure before mastitis comes?
