Chemical pregnancy?

It could be. I had a positive last year on the Friday, went for bloods on the Saturday which came back negative to pregnancy, then started testing negative and started bleeding on the Monday x

This is how my chemical was last year. I tested positive on first response on a Friday and on a digital test on Saturday. It wasn’t getting darker though so I went to urgent care on Monday night and they told me my pregnancy test came back negative and prepare to have a miscarriage. I was so angry and didn’t believe them, went home to take another and it was still positive. The next day though it was negative on a digital and that’s when I knew. Like 2 days after that i started getting negatives on the first response and started bleeding that night. :/ I will add though I’ve heard a chemical pregnancy makes you more fertile next time and heard so many people get pregnant the month after a chemical!

How many dpo are you?

I wouldnt say you having a chemical until you test your blood hgc again. If your super early on you probably haven’t had implantation yet. If you hgc goes up by a reasonable amount (even if not some women don’t produce as much hgc ) you should be fine I’m still not seeing how you came to the conclusion your having a chemical pregnancy unless you’ve already had another blood hgc test ?

I’m just saying don’t come to that conclusion until you have another blood hgc test. Then you will for sure get your answer I’m hoping the best and praying you just got a late bloomer. I don’t want to give false hope I just don’t want you to give up just yet until you have a definitive answer.

@Lisa I guess bc I thought blood tests were more accurate than the at home tests. And I’m not sure about dpo. My cycle hasn’t been regular and I haven’t been tracking it anyway.

@KS you should take another blood test three days after the first one. It’s impossible to diagnose anything with 1 hgc blood test. That’s why doctors repeat it to actually give you a answer to if your miscarrying/ having a chemical. If you are early on you haven’t given your body enough time to start producing it. Some women don’t even experience implantation until the 4th week of pregnancy .Some women don’t get their bfp until 14dpo even seen a women say it took her till 18dpo to get her positive . Just because your results are low now does not mean they won’t increase. I think you need to try again love ❤️ then you will actually have your answer because reading your post I didn’t see anything to suggest it was for sure a chemical .

Correction anything 6-24 is considered a gray area so you definitely need to be tested again .

Test again hgc should be at a 12 or higher if you test again it’s needs to atleast be doubled the amount of the first test. That’s when you’ll know!

@Lisa my hcg blood test was .6 so not even 1 😕 so that was a clear not pregnant on the results they gave me. You think that changes anything? So I thought since my urine tests were very faint positive and blood test said not pregnant that meant chemical. I haven’t talked to the doctor yet though since it’s the weekend. And I didn’t bother taking a pregnancy test today. Everything I’ve read says the blood test is way more accurate so I just figured this isn’t my time

@KS I still say test again if you don’t get your period . Maybe wait 3 or 4 days.
