Cold sore?

Does this look like a cold sore? I’m worried 😭hoping it’s just a scratch or something but wanted some opinions

Baby’s get all sorts of spots I wouldn’t worry, if you get cold sores just try not to kiss their lips my baby used to have this but it was just dry skin where a spot tried to come but ended up just going dry before it developed or when it was going away
