@Aisha thanks. Ok I get cravendale milk from the supermarket. Yeah.
@Becky you are all good then 😄
@Aisha good. Thanks 🙂
It’s good for heartburn, as is yoghurt!
The NHS website has a list of foods to avoid if you want to see it again. I know how you feel, so bombarded with information overload. I left remembering nothing 😂 x
@Sarah thanks
@Becca thanks. Yeah I remember nothing too just like little bits but don't make sense. 😂 x

Yeah milk is fine and is good for you during pregnancy! You only have to avoid it if it’s unpasteurised, but the majority of milk in the UK is 😊
@Aimee thanks
@Jasmine thanks
Only thing you should avoid is undercooked meat, and anything unpasteurised like soft cheeses or raw milk xx
I believe too much can affect iron absorption so that may be something she mentioned? It's definitely safe otherwise though and I think you'd have to drink a fair amount for it to be an issue
@Poppy I can't remember. I only have milk on my cereal and the occasional milkshake.

You'll be fine 👌🏻
@Poppy ok thanks
I hope so, I lived on it in my third trimester when I had acid reflux🤣🤣
Yes there are even vouchers for milk for pregnant people on low incomes.
God yeah, I drunk milk by the gallon for heartburn!!
@Laura thanks 😂😂
@Lorraine I didn't know that. Thanks
@Anna Martin yeah Im getting really bad heartburn on and off at the moment.
@Poppy just avoid calcium rich foods for an hour before eating iron rich foods or taking an iron supplement.
Yeah you can drink milk during pregnancy, as long as it is pasteurised, pretty much everything in a supermarket is pasteurised. I think the only place you’d find stuff you couldn’t eat is on a farm ☺️
