My cycle held of for a little while because I was breastfeeding. Then I started pumping only and got my period. My dr said breastfeeding holds it off 🤷♀️
I thought this too but me and hubby have been sexually active so I knew that could be the reason why my period was late indeed was why I'm 9wks today😅 had my first period while still breastfeeding on July 23rd
I got my cycle twice then it stopped , checked multiple times but not pregnant
Oh snap. Yeah sorry I don’t know. I know my dr also said you won’t ovulate (it’s rare) if your breastfeeding.

No period yet for me. Mostly breastfeeding. Pumping once per day (at night).
I was breastfeeding and pumping for 3 months but as soon as I stopped because I dried up I got my period so it’s normal
@Hannah you still ovulate while bf that's why they say to use some type of condoms or birth control and say breastfeeding isn't birth control bc u most definitely can still get pregnant while breastfeeding
Im in the same boat, plus im having cravings like crazy, emotional and feel funny. I've taken 4 or 5 tests though to make sure im not pregnant again
I gave birth on may 3rd and have been exclusively pumping. I just got my period for the first time yesterday
Yes that can delay your period! Totally normal
