Wondered if anyone can help. My baby’s room is reading at between 19-20 degrees at night. He’s now sleeping in a short sleeve vest, long sleeve sleepsuit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag, but when he wakes in the night (usually for a feed around 2am) his hands and ears are freezing!! He’s gone from sleeping through, to waking once and now usually twice. It could be a million things, but I do wonder if it’s because he’s cold? I’ve looked at sleeping bags bags with arms and also fleece lined sleepsuits (he wouldn’t keep anything on his hands, so that’s not an option) but then stress that he might overheat 😣 it says it’s the right temp for a baby’s room, but can’t help but think this might be why when he feels so chilly when I go in. What’s everyone else doing??x

I’ve just bought one of those sleeping bags with arms from next, and he just wears a short sleeve vest inside of it, and he’s stopped waking up now.
do you mean the blue one with clouds, 2.5 that has a zip on both sides? Just looking at them now

I know they say 18-20 is ideal but my bub was sleeping in the bum up “I’m cold” position too . She wakes less and seems more comfortable when the temp was indicated at 22 degrees (with wool sleeping bag and long jumpsuit).. I mean, I was also cold at 18-20 degrees with a quilt, I can’t imagine she was any more comfortable!

I agree, I think it is a chilly temperature!
