Please help-severe carpal tunnel pain

Same here . I place a pillow right behind my lower back and have have 3 other pillows going up my neck and head . I placed a small pillow behind my butt and I have another pillow between my legs. It does help but of course I have to switch sides often 😭

Try a wrist splint. You can get them at target and most pharmacies

Definitely a wrist splint. Keep your wrist in a neutral position throughout the night. Maybe ice will help too

I’m in the same exact boat mama. I had it with my first and I have it with this pregnancy..definitely something I did not miss. I use a magnesium spray and it works wonders. I've had carpal tunnel this whole time.. it's been brutal on my sleep. Magnesium, a wrist brace, and regular chiro appts have helped the most. Just keep trying things until you find what works for you!

I have a wrist soloing and it doesn't work as well as it did before pregnancy... but I've been having severe capital carpal tunnel since week 10... I'm 35 weeks 4 days and it's still the same!
