Alternative for sugar

What are you using as an alternative for sugar in your toddler's food? Honey is adulterated with corn syrup these days so not sure which one is pure ?

Stevia

Usually just a bit of fruit or honey. You can find pure honey in most places if you look at the ingredients. You really don’t need much. Vanilla bean is also sweet if you are adding it to yogurt etc.

Our little girl will eat her porridge and yogurt plain with just fruit.
