Azoospermia
Hello! My husband and I have been TTC for 14 months with no success and we got the results of his semen analysis today - azoospermia. Definitely not something either of us were expecting. We have an appointment scheduled with a urologist for the earliest available time, which is about 3 weeks away. I am spiraling a little bit, but trying not to go down a rabbit hole of the possibilities of causes because there are just so many things it could be. Does anyone have success stories of being able to conceive after treatment of azoospermia?

We don't have a baby yet, but we were able to get sperm surgically and made 3 embryos, first transfer failed. It is a long road, but it can be possible.

Thank you ladies for the support! Unfortunately after more bloodwork and testing we discovered my husband has Klinefelter syndrome and will never produce enough sperm to conceive so we will be proceeding with a donor
I am sorry to hear that Katie. We had a similar experience and are trying with a donor. It’s heartbreaking and complicated from many point of views but our only option. You are not alone ❤️
